The case began on November 17, 2018. At that time the perpetrator sent the photo file to the victim via WhatsApp. Sam threatens to spread pornographic photos again if money is not transferred. The victim did not accept and report this to the police.

"The perpetrator asked the victim to send some money to the offender's account and threatened to send another victim's photo to another person," Kamal said.



Sam was finally arrested on Aberpura-Sentani Highway, precisely in front of Denzipur, Jayapura City, on December 11, 2018.

"Furthermore, the perpetrators were secured to the Office of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Papua Regional Police for further legal proceedings," he said.
