Novanto's nephew was executed in Sukamiskin Prison
kata indo. Jakarta - The KPK executed a corruption defendant on the e-KTP project, Irvanto Hendra Pambudi Cahyo. Setya Novanto's nephew was executed in Sukamiskin Prison, just like Novanto.
"Executed to Class 1 Sukamiskin Penitentiary, Bandung," said KPK Public Relations Head Febri Diansyah told reporters on Monday (12/17/2018).
Irvanto was sentenced to 10 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million, three months in prison.
Besides Irvanto, the KPK today executed another suspect, Made Oka Masagung. Made Oka, who was also sentenced to 10 years in prison, was executed in the Class 1 Tangerang Prison.
"Executed to Tangerang Class 1 Penitentiary," Febri said.
In the trial, the judge named Irvanto as Operational Director of PT Murakabi, one of the consortiums of companies that will work on the e-KTP project. While Made Oka is the President Director of PT Delta Energy Pte Ltd and OEM Investment.
Irvanto was proven to have received USD 3.5 million, while Made Oka also received USD 1.8 million and USD 2 million. Both of them received the money from a consortium of companies working on the e-KTP project.
The Judge believes Irvanto violated Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the first Criminal Code.
